Contact kos.boats
One address: info@kos.boats. Corrections and questions about the guide are welcome. Anything to do with an existing booking has to go to GetYourGuide or the operator, and this page explains exactly why and where.
The address
info@kos.boats — that is the only channel, and it works. There is no contact form on this site, because the site is a set of static pages with nothing running behind them to process one, and no phone line to publish.
What this guide can help with
- Corrections. A price band that has moved, a boat that no longer sails, a closed venue, a dead link, a fact that has aged badly. Include the page address and what you saw.
- Gaps. If you came looking for something the page did not answer, that usually means the page needs rewriting.
- Image credits. Check the credits page, then write if an attribution looks wrong.
- Operators and press. Factual corrections about your own trip are welcome; requests for paid placement are not.
What this guide cannot help with
This site sells nothing, takes no bookings and stores no customer data, so there is no reservation here to look up. Specifically, we cannot:
- amend, rebook, cancel or refund a booking;
- confirm whether your trip is running or has been called off for wind;
- tell you your pickup time or which quay your boat is boarding from;
- pass a message to a skipper, driver or guide;
- issue an invoice, receipt or voucher.
None of that is reluctance — the information does not exist on this side. When you book through a link here, the transaction happens on GetYourGuide and the trip is run by the operator; this site never sees your name, your dates or your payment details. The about page explains the arrangement.
Who to contact instead
Write to whoever took your money.
- Booked through GetYourGuide: use the customer service contact in your confirmation email, or the help section of your GetYourGuide account. Their team can change or cancel within the operator's terms.
- Booked direct with an operator, hotel desk or kiosk on the quay: contact them — GetYourGuide cannot help with a booking it did not sell.
- Ferry ticket: the ferry company or the port agency named on the ticket.
Your booking reference is in the confirmation email sent immediately after payment, and again at the top of the voucher PDF attached to it, alongside the operator's name. If the email has vanished, search your inbox for the operator's name and check the spam folder. The voucher also names the exact meeting point and time — which answers most day-before questions faster than emailing anyone.
How quickly you will hear back
Honestly: this is a small independent guide, not a support desk, so there is no service-level promise to make. Mail is read and corrections get acted on, but some messages produce a quiet fix to the page rather than a reply, and busy weeks run long.
If your question is time-critical — you travel tomorrow, or the boat leaves in the morning — do not wait on this inbox. Contact GetYourGuide or the operator, who answer in hours. Then head back to the guide or the excursions overview.
